  • Will there be any retaliation for making a report?

    It is presumed that all reports are made in good faith and seeking only and exclusively that the reported conducts adhere to the ethical principles of the Company, so there will be NO retaliation in case of making a complaint.

    However, it is our duty to protect the integrity and respect for the reputation and image of our employees, therefore, a report made in bad faith with the purpose of discrediting, denigrating or falsely accusing as a means of revenge, is undesirable conduct and will be sanctioned in accordance with the applicable policies.

    The Code of Ethics of Grupo Mexico Infrastructure establishes a section on non-retaliation, which is a policy of the organization.

  • Why report?

    We want you to develop in an environment of respect and law, in equal circumstances, protecting you from any conduct that could affect you in the work or personal environment, thus promoting a healthy and harmonious climate of free expression, which contributes to the strengthening of our Company and its contribution to the community, society and the authorities.

  • What are the hours to generate reports, questions or concerns via telephone?

    You can do so Monday through Saturday from 8 am to 10 pm and Sunday from 9 am to 3 pm. Also, we remind you that you can leave a message on our voicemail 24 hours a day, 365 days a year.

  • When should I use SID Grupo Mexico Infrastructure?

    When you know of, are informed of, or are involved in a situation that violates the Code of Ethics of Grupo Mexico Infrastructure. Likewise, when you have concerns or suggestions that you prefer to be handled by the Ethics Committee instead of dealing directly with your supervisor. The decision to use the SID Grupo Mexico Infrastructure is voluntary.

  • How long will it take to resolve a report that has already been made?

    EthicsGlobal sends the information to the Ethics Committee within a maximum of 48 hours after the report is made; due to the complexity of each particular case, the Committee will determine the time frame for investigation and resolution of the reports made.

  • What happens if after I submit my report I want to provide more information?

    At any time, you as a whistleblower can access SID Grupo Mexico Infrastructure and, with a tracking folio in hand, you will provide new information or any recurrence, if known.
